📋 Description

• Lead Meta Ads for Agen across web2web and future web2app.
• Set up infra to launch paid Meta traffic and other channels.
• Launch first Meta Ads and define unit economics with PMM and creative teams.
• Build a system for ongoing testing of marketing hypotheses in priority markets.
• Mentor the UA team to improve performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years META Ads experience in B2C SaaS; Google Ads and TikTok Ads a plus.
• Proven track record managing $500k+/mo ad budgets.
• Data-driven with hypothesis tests; always measure launch metrics.
• Initiative and desire to grow into a people-manager.
• English Intermediate (B1+).
