🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in women's apparel design, preferably within premium technical performance
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional creativity, innovative concept development, a distinct fashion
• Innovative mindset and challenger mentality, with the ability to think outside the box, question
• Deep technical expertise in women's apparel, including garment fit, construction, technical
• Proficiency in concept development, sketching, technical drawings, tech packs, and physical
• Hands-on experience working with factories and manufacturing partners to develop samples, refine
