📋 Description

• Lead M&A origination across segments within the BFSI industry, identifying opportunities that
• Develop and maintain a robust acquisition pipeline across banking, NBFCs, insurance, fintech
• Conduct comprehensive market and industry mapping to identify emerging businesses, attractive
• Originate and evaluate potential transactions through extensive market research, industry
• Build and maintain relationships with promoters, founders, CXOs, investment bankers, private equity
• Develop investment theses and preliminary business cases for potential acquisition opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 9–15 years of relevant experience in M&A, Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Strategy
• Strong understanding of the BFSI industry and financial services ecosystem
• Proven experience in building and managing an acquisition pipeline
• Strong market and industry mapping capabilities
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Strong commercial, analytical, and strategic thinking
