📋 Description

• Provide guidance with Mastery Connect best practices
• Support the customer's vision for Mastery Connect and Instructure tools
• Share change leadership strategies to meet organizational goals
• Work with stakeholders on comms, training, and engagement plans and timelines
• Develop an assessment strategy: instructional approaches and student experience
• Coordinate programmatic strategy during assessment development

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years Instructure product experience (Mastery Connect & Canvas)
• 1+ year experience with other Instructure tools
• 1+ year in educational leadership overseeing LMS teams
• Experience leading change and rolling out a tech platform
• 3+ years teaching in a digital learning environment
• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Technology; Master's a plus
