📋 Description

• Design and develop engaging, learner-centered learning experiences that strengthen technical skills
• Conduct learning and performance needs analyses, partnering with stakeholders to identify
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform complex technical concepts into clear learning
• Develop scalable learning assets and reusable content frameworks that can support evolving AI and
• Create multimedia learning experiences, including videos, simulations, e-learning courses, job
• Apply generative AI tools and emerging technologies to accelerate instructional design, content

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Learning and Performance, Adult Education, or a related field, or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience designing and delivering corporate learning solutions, including
• At least 3 years of experience facilitating engaging in-person and virtual learning experiences
• Demonstrated experience developing learning solutions focused on technical skills, emerging
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present learning strategies, recommendations, and
• Proven ability to plan, execute, and manage learning projects effectively, including timelines

• Compensation range of $71,100–$97,800 per year for full-time equivalent employment; actual pay may
