🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years in Learning or Instructional Designer role.
• Experience delivering projects aligned to goals; prioritize impact.
• Design corporate training for AI and AI-adjacent topics.
• Online learning design experience for synchronous and asynchronous formats.
• Comfortable with ambiguity; strong communication.
• Data-driven, results-oriented.
• Collaborative, proactive cross-team communicator.
• Superior written communication and attention to detail.
