📋 Description

• Design engaging online learning experiences focused on AI, data, and tech.
• Lead curriculum projects from planning to delivery; manage timelines and quality.
• Translate business objectives into instructional strategies and solutions.
• Collaborate with SMEs, instructors, account managers, and teams to develop programs.
• Recommend instructional approaches, delivery methods, and learner engagement strategies.
• Provide guidance on best practices and innovate to enhance learning.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in instructional design or L&D.
• Proven experience designing corporate training for AI, data, tech areas.
• Strong expertise in live virtual and self-paced online learning.
• Solid understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies.
• Experience managing multiple learning projects with client objectives and timelines.
• Must be based in Canada and work EST hours.
