• Act as a strategic partner to leadership, building leadership capability.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in organizational development, instructional design, or leadership development.
• Self-starter with ownership from diagnostic phase to execution.
• Strong business acumen to translate strategy into learning roadmaps.
• Experience designing blended leadership development (e-learning, workshops).
• Strategic mindset with bias toward action and attention to detail.
• Data-curious; fluent in English and Lithuanian.
