Senior Learning Experience Designer

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end learning experience design by partnering with stakeholders to translate business
• Develop high-quality, accessible, and engaging learning content—including participant materials
• Use digital authoring tools, interaction patterns, responsive design principles, and accessibility
• Design and support manager and employee development programs focused on manager capability
• Use generative AI tools, structured prompting, and lightweight automation to accelerate content
• Build and maintain learning content in the LMS and other approved learning platforms and digital

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in adult learning, instructional design, education, organizational development
• 5+ years of experience in learning experience design, instructional design, curriculum design
• A portfolio demonstrating the design of adult learning across multiple formats—including
• Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, behavior-change, and inclusive
• Experience partnering with subject-matter experts and stakeholders to develop learning solutions
• Proven project management and operational skills, including the ability to manage timelines
