📋 Description

• Design learner-centered experiences to improve knowledge transfer and readiness.
• Translate complex tech into engaging learning across classroom, self-paced, simulation.
• Lead production of instructional videos, motion graphics, animation, and interactive content.
• Expand Paraverse integration and AI-assisted content creation, AR/VR, simulation.
• Partner with instructors, engineers, and SMEs to create effective training.
• Establish scalable production standards and templates across Training.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in Educational Technology, Digital Media, or related.
• 7+ years producing instructional or technical learning content.
• Expertise in instructional video production, motion graphics, animation.
• Experience creating learning content for complex technical products.
• Strong portfolio of instructional media.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
