Senior Learning Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end LMS administration (config, users, roles, permissions).
• Lead LMS implementations, integrations, and post-launch optimization.
• Manage content: upload/publish/maintain courses, paths, and certifications.
• Serve as primary LMS contact; troubleshoot access issues and log resolutions.
• Generate reports and dashboards on completions, progress, compliance, and engagement.
• Lead LMS governance, documentation, audits, and data integrity.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of hands-on enterprise LMS administration.
• Familiar with Cornerstone OnDemand, Docebo, Workday Learning, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proven track record leading LMS implementations, migrations, and optimizations end-to-end.
• Experience with LMS integrations including HRIS, SSO, and API connections.
• Strong data analysis and reporting; build custom LMS dashboards.
• Excellent project management; manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Docebo Platform Certification a plus; SaaS experience a bonus.
