  • Oversee all employee leave programs (FMLA, ADA, state leaves) and related policies.
  • Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate leave payments per plan.
  • Serve as primary contact for Leaves vendors and third-party admins.
  • Review and track leave requests to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain comprehensive leave records including balances and approvals.
  • Guide accommodation requests under ADA and applicable laws, including interactive discussions.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 5 years HR experience focused on leave management and accommodations.
  • Deep knowledge of FMLA, ADA, state leave laws, and accommodations.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized; able to manage complex cases.
  • Proficiency in Workday or other HRIS systems.
