  • Oversee all employee leave programs (FMLA, ADA, state leaves).
  • Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate leave payments per plans.
  • Serve as main contact for Leaves vendors and third-party admins.
  • Review, process, and track leave requests for compliance.
  • Maintain comprehensive leave records: balances, approvals, docs.
  • Manage ADA leave and accommodation requests; conduct interactive discussions.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in HR with leave management and accommodations.
  • In-depth knowledge of federal/state leave laws (FMLA/ADA) and accommodations.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized; able to manage complex cases.
  • Proficiency in Workday or other HRIS; proficient in Microsoft Excel.
