📋 Description

• Analyze legacy apps, CA Gen modernization strategies
• Execute migration projects using automation tools
• Apply enhancements during migration lifecycle
• Define migration approaches for DB access, online/batch processing, UI, and architecture
• Support phased migrations across mainframe and modern stacks
• Validate migrated apps for quality and performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field
• Strong CA Gen (Cool:Gen) and legacy environment experience
• Proven track record delivering migration/modernization projects
• Deep knowledge of Gen Models, Action Diagrams, Data Models, UI, and performance tuning
• Experience with mainframe environments (3270 block-mode)
• Familiarity with COBOL, Java, .NET, Spring Boot, Angular and cloud platforms
