📋 Description

• The Senior Legacy Conversion Consultant will analyze, migrate, and modernize enterprise
• Analyze legacy applications to determine modernization and migration strategies, especially CA
• Execute application migration projects using automation and structured conversion approaches.
• Apply enhancements, fixes, and optimizations throughout migration lifecycles.
• Define migration approaches for components: DB access, online transactions, batch processing, UI
• Support phased migrations across target platforms including mainframe environments and modern

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• Strong experience with CA Gen (Cool:Gen) and legacy environments.
• Proven track record delivering migration, modernization, conversion, or re-platforming projects.
• Understanding of Gen Models, Action Diagrams, Data Models, online/batch processing, DB access, and
• Experience with mainframe environments (3270 block-mode).
• Familiarity with COBOL, CICS, IMS-DC, DB2, Java, .NET, Spring Boot, Angular, and cloud platforms.
