Senior Legal Analyst

📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, DPAs).
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to close key agreements.
• Develop or apply SOPs to support commercial objectives while managing risk.
• Maintain organized records of contracts across entities.
• Design, develop, and implement legal processes, playbooks, and training.
• Assist with special projects as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above; law degree (LLB/JD) strongly preferred.
• Substantial prior law firm or in-house paralegal/legal analyst experience.
• Ability to independently develop and implement legal processes and playbooks.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Experience across multiple jurisdictions and cross-border agreements is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and sound judgement.
• Strong written and oral English communication.
• Experience with CLM/contract tools (Ironclad) and e-signature tools (DocuSign).
