Senior Legal Analyst

📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including, but not limited to, NDAs, Master Service
• Work closely with business stakeholders and vendors to negotiate and execute contracts that are key
• Apply OKX's SOP or design new SOPs to support OKX's commercial objectives while following
• Maintain organised records of contracts and various legal documents across multiple group entities
• Collaborate with business units and legal team members to design, develop, and implement legal
• Assist with special projects as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited college or university; a law degree (LLB, JD, or
• Candidates without a law degree but with substantial prior law firm and/or in-house paralegal/legal
• Demonstrated ability to independently develop and implement various legal processes, policies, and
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift rapidly while
• Experience working across multiple jurisdictions and with cross-border commercial agreements is an
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and sound commercial judgment.
