Senior Legal Analyst & Litigation Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead responses to subpoenas and data requests; ensure privacy compliance.
• Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders (counsel, customers, Eng).
• Develop policies for subpoenas and data requests; improve processes.
• Monitor legal developments and adapt strategies for regulatory changes.
• Own eDiscovery lifecycle from holds to data productions.
• Drive litigation operations and legal tech; implement scalable workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in data disclosure management and litigation project management.
• Cross-functional project management, strong communication, and organization.
• Regulatory familiarity with SCA, ECPA, Wiretap Act, MLAT and related frameworks.
• Experience fulfilling data/evidence requests from U.S. or international authorities.
• Hands-on eDiscovery lifecycle management and review platforms.
• Strong professional judgment and stakeholder-facing skills.
