Senior Legal Associate (General Commercial)

📋 Description

• Handle legal work: draft and review documents; support contract negotiations.
• Research regulatory developments affecting operations; propose actions.
• Advise on litigation and commercial issues; support business units.
• Develop and implement legal terms, policies, and guidelines to ensure compliance.
• Provide legal training to stakeholders on key issues and best practices.
• Assist senior lawyers and support administration of the Legal Team.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-6 years post-qualification experience from reputable law firms or MNCs.
• Qualified in Hong Kong or other common law jurisdictions or the U.S.
• Experience in general commercial work and commercial transactions.
• Experience with regulatory practice for international businesses.
• Excellent attention to detail; strong presentation and interpersonal skills; team player.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities and meet deadlines.
