📋 Description

• Provide legal, operational, and strategic advice to Blockchain Intelligence teams.
• Advise global Law Enforcement Relations on subpoenas and expert testimony.
• Provide litigation and regulatory support across the enterprise (AI, privacy, sales, employment).
• Assist on other legal matters impacting the Company as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8 years’ experience in government, top law firm, or in-house.
• Crypto/web3/blockchain experience is helpful but not required.
• Litigation and regulatory experience; advise on global compliance.
• Criminal and civil law experience, with operational guidance.
• Strong communicator; cross-functional project ownership; humorous.
• Service‑oriented, client-friendly in fast-paced startup; meets deadlines.
• Executive presence to negotiate with partners and outside counsel.
• J.D. from a US law school; active bar membership in at least one state.
