Senior Legal Counsel

📋 Description

• Commercial Contracts – Supply Chain & Manufacturing
• Draft, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements focused on supply chain/manufacturing
• Support sourcing, engineering, and operations in structuring processes and contracts
• Provide guidance on IP rights, indemnities, warranties, and regulatory compliance
• Build and scale internal processes and partner on system improvements
• Collaborate on special projects across the legal team

🎯 Requirements

• JD with active admission to a U.S. state bar; eligible to practice in California
• 5+ years of legal experience in a law firm, private company, or government
• Subject matter expertise in commercial contracting
• Experience supporting supply chain and manufacturing legal operations
• Strong verbal and written communication; good judgment and problem solving
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
