• Lead employment law support across the business
• Lead data protection compliance key data-protection processes
• Steward privacy policy and marketing compliance: maintain privacy policy updates and ensure direct
• Maintain training and standards for key teams (People, Support, and others) so compliance is

🎯 Requirements

• ~5+ years PQE (qualified as a solicitor in Ireland)
• Strong experience across employment law and practical risk management
• Credible GDPR / data protection experience, including comfort engaging with regulators and leading
• Communicate clearly with non-lawyers, translate legal risk into actionable next steps, and manage
• Take high ownership: you don’t wait to be told what to do
• Challenge poor decisions and propose better ways of working
