• Structure & Close SaaS Deals: Draft, review, and negotiate complex SaaS agreements, including
• Empower Sales Teams: Coach and advise regional sales teams on SaaS deal structure, negotiation
• Scale Channel Partnerships: Work closely with Partner business teams to structure, negotiate, and
• Lead Privacy & Regulatory Strategy: Collaborate with Privacy Legal to embed practical

• Mandatory SaaS Commercial Expertise: Substantial experience drafting and negotiating complex SaaS
• Educational & Qualification Background (UK): Qualified to practice law and in good standing
• Privacy & Security Fluency: Solid hands-on knowledge of data privacy, artificial intelligence
• GTM & Sales Alignment: Proactive, strategic approach to working directly alongside enterprise
• Autonomy & Resilience: Proven ability to manage competing deliverables, set clear boundaries
• Collaborative Communication: Outstanding interpersonal skills with a track record of building trust
