📋 Description

• Provide strategic legal advice to senior management and partners on complex legal issues, focusing
• Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of complex national and international contracts, including
• Assess and mitigate legal and business risks; develop company-wide risk management strategies
• Manage legal disputes, coordinate external counsel, and represent the company in high-profile
• Lead data protection projects, ensure GDPR compliance, and advise on cross-border data transfer
• Design training for management and legal teams; mentor junior legal staff

🎯 Requirements

• Completed university degree in law (state examination) and license as a qualified lawyer
• 7+ years of professional experience in an international company or law firm; experience advising
• Knowledge of German and international commercial law, including contract law, data protection law
• Ability to manage complex projects and provide pragmatic, business-oriented solutions
• Fluency in written and spoken German and English is mandatory; additional language skills are an
