Review platform features, draft terms, and align guardrails with business goals.
Manage privacy, open-source compliance, and cloud infrastructure contracts.
Translate regulations into actionable business paths.
This role reports to the General Counsel.

🎯 Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD, LLB, or equivalent) with active license.
5-10+ years in SaaS, cloud infra, or developer-facing legal work.
Technical familiarity with APIs, containerization, pull requests, and multi-tenant databases.
Proficient in English and French.
Track record of clear, balanced legal terms and professional execution.
Experience in IaaS/PaaS with in-house or law firm background.
