🎯 Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with solid post-qualification experience in commercial contract law.
• Experience independently managing complex commercial contracting negotiations.
• Experience leading large-scale contracts and supporting important clients.
• Experience designing and implementing process improvements and governance frameworks.
• Excellent commercial judgement, partner management and influencing skills.
