Senior Legal Counsel - Commercial

📋 Description

• Lead and manage complex, high-value commercial agreements for important clients
• Manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, driving transactions to successful execution
• Draft, review and negotiate technology, data, software licensing, services and framework agreements
• Optimise contracting processes, templates and playbooks to improve efficiency and scalability
• Support business transformation programs, including M&A integration and legal service

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with solid post-qualification experience in commercial contract law
• Experience independently managing complex commercial contracting programmes and negotiations
• Experience leading large-scale contracts and supporting important clients and commercial
• Experience designing and implementing process improvements, governance frameworks and contracting
• Excellent commercial judgement, partner management and influencing skills, operating at senior
• Commercially minded, providing legal advice that helps the business achieve objectives
