Senior Legal Counsel, Commercial

📋 Description

• Act as the sales team's trusted deal partner.
• Join deals early, provide clear guidance to account teams, and escalate non-standard asks with
• Coordinate with compliance, finance, export control, and product experts to ensure timely deal
• Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS, self-hosted, subscription, order form, reseller, partner
• Advise sales leadership on liability, indemnity, IP, and AI-related terms.
• Respond to customer privacy demands and negotiate DPAs and privacy terms.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree from an accredited US law school
• Admitted to practice in California or Georgia
• At least 8 years of relevant legal experience
• Experience in commercial transactions, SaaS agreements, IP considerations, and risk allocation
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent business sense and legal judgment

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range: $190,000 - $205,000
