Senior Legal Counsel - Commercial

📋 Description

• Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of enterprise customer agreements, SaaS and software
• Partner with Sales and Finance on deal structures, negotiation strategies, escalations, and
• Advise on AI-related commercial matters, including data usage, model-training restrictions
• Support Product, Engineering, and Security teams in assessing legal considerations for new
• Advise on legal and contractual considerations specific to offensive security, including testing
• Develop scalable legal infrastructure such as contract templates, negotiation playbooks, approval

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of commercial legal experience, with substantial responsibility for drafting and
• Prior in-house experience within a technology company, including direct support for commercial
• Experience in a startup environment, with the ability to prioritize effectively and operate with
• Experience advising on AI products or services, including commercial terms, data rights
• Qualified lawyer admitted to practice in a relevant jurisdiction.
• Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise commercial negotiations independently.
