📋 Description

• Draft and negotiate agreements for development, financing, construction, and operation of renewable
• Assist in project/investment acquisitions, due diligences, structuring M&A, project financing
• Prepare legal docs for tender responses and oversee post-award legal aspects of projects.
• Set up partnerships and draft governing documentation (partnership/joint venture agreements
• Coordinate external law firms and ensure compliance with BESIX policies.
• Monitor and implement new regulations affecting BESIX Power’s business.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in law; 7-10 years of contract drafting, negotiation, and corporate law
• Strong energy sector experience, ideally with international infrastructure or energy companies
• Excellent drafting skills; rigorous, methodical, detail-oriented; strong
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus; able to work in a multi-disciplinary, deadline-driven
