Senior Legal Counsel (Europe based, Spain as preference)

📋 Description

• Provide expert legal advice across the organization.
• Lead development and implementation of legal strategies.
• Oversee governance frameworks and regulatory compliance.
• Identify and manage legal risks in operations and strategy.
• Draft, review, negotiate complex agreements and contracts.
• Manage disputes and coordinate with external counsel.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Laws or equivalent; admission to practice in at least one jurisdiction.
• 8+ years in a senior legal role in international corporate settings; life sciences preferred.
• Experience in commercial matters, M&A, employment, governance, and dispute resolution.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; UK law training an asset.
