🎯 Requirements

5+ years as Legal Counsel or corporate lawyer.
Strong corporate law, contracts, regulatory compliance.
Experience across UK, Cyprus, EU.
Fintech, payments, e-money or financial services regulation.
In-house corporate governance and incorporations.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and legal writing.
