📋 Description

• Own all corporate and company secretarial processes for Unseen Realities
• Manage key corporate actions including share issuances and transfers
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts including IP licenses
• Manage joint venture interests and group arrangements
• Provide regulatory advice and ensure compliance with Indian laws
• Oversee litigation, disputes, and external counsel management

🎯 Requirements

• LL.B. or B.A. LL.B. from a recognized Indian university
• Minimum 10 years PQE in Indian corporate law and contracts
• Strong background in contract negotiation and compliance
• Qualified to practice law in India (State Bar Council)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication in English
• Based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate
