📋 Description

• Advising senior management and partners on complex legal issues, with a focus on risk management
• Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of complex national and international contracts
• Assess and mitigate legal and business risks; develop company-wide risk management strategies
• Manage legal disputes, coordinating external counsel, and representing us in high-profile

🎯 Requirements

• Completed university degree in law (state examination) and license as a qualified lawyer
• +7 years of professional experience in an international company or a law firm; experience advising
• Knowledge of German and international commercial law, including contract law, data protection law
• Manage complex projects and provide pragmatic, business-oriented solutions
