Senior Legal Counsel, Product

📋 Description

• Serve as legal partner to Product and Engineering, advising on the legal implications of product
• Advise our Blockchain Intelligence and Data teams on data collection methods and practices, data
• Counsel on the development and deployment of AI/ML features — including model training, data inputs
• Advise on intellectual property matters relevant to the product, including ownership, licensing
• Draft and refine product-facing legal terms, including terms of service, acceptable use policies
• Partner closely with Privacy Counsel on the privacy and data-protection implications of product

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and active bar membership in good standing of at least one
• 6–8 years of legal experience at a reputable law firm and/or in-house at a technology company, with
• Demonstrated experience advising Product and Engineering teams throughout the product development
• Working knowledge of the legal issues that shape technology products — data use and licensing
• Strong commercial instincts — you understand the business context behind legal questions and give
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, cross-jurisdictional environments where the right answer isn't
