📋 Description

• Own privacy-by-design initiatives across international operations.
• Advise AI, security, HR, and engineering on data privacy and regs.
• Assess cross-border transfers (DPAs, SCCs) for compliance.
• Draft and maintain DPAs, privacy policies, and TOS.
• Map data flows to fit a global regulatory framework.
• Build templates, DSAR processes, and knowledge databases.

🎯 Requirements

• In-house legal counsel with privacy and data protection experience.
• GDPR and ePrivacy implementation in company processes.
• Law degree (university level).
• Professional fluency in English.
• Ability to draft privacy policies, terms of service, and risk assessments.
