Senior Legal Counsel – Sweden, Denmark & Iceland

📋 Description

• Provision of legal advice and support focused on business-oriented solutions on a wide range of
• Must negotiate and prepare an extensive range of agreements, including negotiations with payors.
• Monitor and proactively address changes in laws and external environment affecting the business
• Devise legal strategy and support in cross-functional meetings, including MLOR meetings.
• Provide training on new developments and key legal topics; develop practical checklists and working
• Represent AbbVie externally to customers, suppliers, wholesalers, competitors, and government

🎯 Requirements

• Lawyer qualified in Sweden or Denmark
• Law school degree
• At least 6 years of professional legal expertise, ideally in an international environment (law firm
• Experience supporting senior leaders
• Deep understanding of Scandinavian market and culture
• Highly motivated, flexible, independent, with ability to manage people and take initiative
