Senior Legal Counsel – Sweden, Denmark & Iceland

📋 Description

• Provide legal advice and support focused on business-oriented solutions on a wide range of matters
• Negotiate and prepare an extensive range of agreements and in some cases negotiations with payors
• Monitor and proactively address with cross functional partners including GM, Government Affairs and
• Devise legal strategy and support in cross functional meetings including MLOR meetings
• Provide training on new developments and key legal topics, and develop practical checklists and
• Represent AbbVie externally to customers, suppliers, wholesalers, competitors, and government

🎯 Requirements

• Lawyer qualified in Sweden or Denmark.
• Law school degree.
• At least 6 years of professional legal expertise, preferably in an international environment
• Experience in supporting senior business leaders.
• Deep understanding of Scandinavia market and culture.
• Highly motivated, flexible, independent with capability to manage people and take initiative.
