• 6+ years of professional level design; open-world a bonus.
• Experience shipping multiple titles in a professional game studio.
• Proficient with world-building tools (Unreal Engine World Composition).
• Deep understanding of level design and environmental storytelling.
• Strong leadership to guide and inspire a team.
• Proactive, collaborative, with strong communication.
