Senior Level Designer

📋 Description

• Use Blueprint scripting to create gameplay content.
• Design and block out world geometry.
• Collaborate with world architects and teams to realize the vision.
• Own cross-disciplinary sequences from concept to completion.
• Work with multi-disciplinary teams to improve combat, AI, progression.
• Mentor junior designers and help grow their skills.

🎯 Requirements

• Shipped at least one AAA title as a designer.
• 5+ years professional experience in video game design.
• Self-motivated with solution-based problem solving.
• Previous experience with Unreal Engine is a plus.
• Able to collaborate across time zones in a global, multi-site organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
