Senior Level Structural Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead structural design for new structures and upgrades within multi-discipline teams.
• Oversee site investigations, modeling, drawing production, and project documentation.
• Manage project scope, budgets, and schedules; ensure on-time delivery and quality.
• Mentor staff and lead engineering teams on small to large projects.
• Coordinate with clients and other disciplines to meet design concepts and constructability.
• In-office presence required; frequent project site visits for data collection and client relations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of structural engineering experience.
• Licensed PE; SE considered a plus.
• Knowledge of steel, concrete, masonry; codes like IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, AISC.
• Revit, BIM, and MS Office experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
