Senior Liability Claims Adjuster - General Liability

📋 Description

• Independently investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve moderate to complex general liability
• Analyze liability, damages, coverage, and overall exposure to establish appropriate claim
• Establish and manage claim reserves within assigned authority levels, providing timely and

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience handling general liability and/or multiline property and casualty
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage moderate to complex general liability claims with

• Strong knowledge of premises liability and bodily injury claims, including liability analysis
• Proven negotiation skills and the ability to develop sound resolution strategies while managing
