Senior Liability Claims Specialist

📋 Description

• Receive and acknowledge claims, confirm policy coverage, and gather the information required to
• Determine claim validity and compensability while applying applicable policies, guidelines, and
• Investigate and manage mid-to-complex Auto and/or General Liability claims, including bodily
• Establish appropriate reserves and authorize payments within delegated reserving authority limits.
• Communicate claim status, decisions, and relevant updates clearly with customers, claimants, and
• Follow client and carrier requirements and participate in claims reviews as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience handling Auto, General Liability, and litigated claims, including at least
• An active Home State or Designated Home State adjuster license is required, along with a current
• A multi-state adjuster license is preferred, while experience working with municipalities is
• A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
