Senior Licensing Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead licensing document development, including applications and safety reports.
• Ensure licensing documents are accurate and complete; maintain commitments.
• Interpret regulations, assess impact, and advise internal stakeholders.
• Interact with regulatory agencies; respond to inquiries; NRC meetings.
• Support compliance programs and internal audits; track commitments.
• Provide licensing-related technical support; review design changes; train staff.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Nuclear, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in engineering/technical roles in the nuclear energy industry.
• Familiarity with nuclear regulations, licensing processes, NRC/NUREGs.
• Experience preparing or reviewing licensing documents.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret regulations and work independently within a team; MS Office.
