• Build and improve the Alan Life and income protection reserving, monitoring and profitability
• Explain profitability, identify its key drivers, market trends, and assess the implications for
• Develop the tools and analytics needed to forecast the portfolio performance and margin at scale
• Connect the dots with Prevention initiatives, including the relationship between Prévoyance
• Define and improve methodologies for both theoretical and experience pricing.
• Adapt analyses to the specific characteristics of each business segment, including small amounts

🎯 Requirements

• Have experience in insurance, portfolio monitoring and pricing
• Are comfortable about both going deep on technical aspects, and keep a high level vision on the
• Have a scientific background (statistics, actuarial sciences) and are capable of understanding
• Are comfortable with coding (SQL, and ideally R / Python), but also leverage AI in both your daily
• Are analytical and structured, with a fact-based decision-making style
• Are enthusiastic about teamwork, curious, learning, teaching, and stakeholder management
