• Assessing and documenting life and disability risk by reviewing applications and determining
• Making underwriting decisions across Life, Critical Illness, and Income Protection
• Participating in process improvements to enhance underwriting quality, efficiency, and commercial
• Requesting additional medical or financial information when appropriate
• Maintaining accurate records to support reporting and decision-making
• Staying up to date with regulatory requirements and ensuring compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience underwriting UK protection products
• UK medical underwriting experience (essential)
• Strong mortality and morbidity risk factor knowledge, including financial underwriting
• Extensive knowledge of Life, Critical Illness, and Income Protection products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of relevant UK legislation and regulatory requirements
