Senior Lifecycle Counsel, International

📋 Description

• Lead the EOR lifecycle legal workstream for complex matters.
• Serve as legal contact for complex terminations and offboarding.
• Translate local requirements into practical guidance for ops teams.
• Build lifecycle standards, playbooks, controls, and training.
• Advise Product and Operations on lifecycle requirements and workflows.
• Support CS and Sales on complex EOR lifecycle questions from customers.

🎯 Requirements

• JD or equivalent and admitted to practice in at least one jurisdiction.
• 5+ years in substantive employment law, with international scope.
• Deep experience advising on employee lifecycle across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience supporting EOR/global mobility or multi-country counseling.
• Build standards, risk frameworks, playbooks, and SOPs for non-legal teams.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration.
