Senior Lifecycle Counsel, International

📋 Description

• Lead the Legal workstream for complex EOR lifecycle matters with regional/outside counsel.
• Serve as the legal point of contact for complex termination and offboarding matters.
• Partner with regional employment counsel to translate local requirements into guidance.
• Build lifecycle standards, playbooks, escalation paths, and training.
• Advise Product and Operations on lifecycle requirements and risk.
• Support Customer Service and Sales on complex EOR lifecycle questions.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent; admitted to practice in at least one jurisdiction.
• 5+ years in substantive employment law, preferably including in-house and cross-border work.
• Deep experience advising on lifecycle matters: terminations, leave, performance, disputes.
• Experience supporting an EOR business, global employment, or multi-country counsel.
• Proven ability to build standards, risk frameworks, playbooks, and SOPs.
• Fluent in English; another language is a plus.
