📋 Description

• Lead the legal workstream for complex EOR lifecycle matters.
• Serve as the legal contact for complex terminations and offboarding.
• Translate local requirements into practical guidance for Ops.
• Build lifecycle standards, playbooks, and training to scale operations.
• Advise Product and Operations on lifecycle requirements and risk.
• Manage outside counsel on complex matters and escalations.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor or equivalent law degree; admitted to practice.
• 5+ years in substantive employment law; in-house experience preferred.
• Experience advising on employee lifecycle across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience with EOR/global mobility or cross-border employment ops preferred.
• Ability to build standards, risk frameworks, playbooks, and SOPs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional work.
