Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Own lifecycle experimentation and optimization initiatives across onboarding, activation, early
• Design and execute structured A/B and multivariate experiments across email, SMS, and in-app
• Analyze funnels, cohorts, segments, and geographic or state-level performance to identify friction
• Evaluate AI- and ML-powered lifecycle capabilities, including predictive segmentation, propensity
• Partner with Data, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing Operations to incorporate predictive
• Own lifecycle reporting and measurement frameworks, develop dashboards, establish success metrics

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in growth, lifecycle, performance marketing, or a related discipline, with
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with data warehouses; familiarity with Snowflake is
• Proven experience designing, analyzing, and iterating on structured experiments, with a strong
• Deep knowledge of cohort analysis, funnel diagnostics, segmentation, and identifying performance
• Genuine curiosity about AI and machine learning applications in lifecycle marketing, including
• Ability to critically evaluate AI-driven tools and outputs, distinguish meaningful performance lift
